Runnering
I just ran my first up tempo run since May. I am sooo outa shape. When I was running though, I got to hit up some pretty awesome trails and got back to that old feeling that I used to have of peace and serenity. Everything around me proclaimed the work of God and how amazing he is. The sunset was a dark pink and all the trees were moving in the wind. It was just really peaceful. God is good yo.
